About
Land Incas Tour was born from a simple observation: the best trips through Peru are built with people who live here, not from an office on the other side of the world.
My name is Aurelio Zanabria Mandortupa. Together with my brother, I lead the community families' association that welcomes you at Parcarhuasi Kallarayan, in the Sacred Valley.
Land Incas Tour started with a handful of independent guides accompanying small groups through the valley. Facing increasingly specific requests — families with children, travelers sensitive to altitude sickness, groups wanting to avoid crowds — we organized ourselves to offer truly tailor-made itineraries, from the first contact to the return. The agency remains, to this day, created and run by the local families and guides themselves, with no outside intermediary.
Today, every tour is designed with the guides who will lead it on the ground, not from a standardized catalog — and every rate is set to stay fair, both for the traveler and for the families who welcome them.

The price given at first contact is the one on the final bill. With no outside intermediary to pay, 100% of what you pay goes directly to the local families and guides who run the agency — which lets us be competitive and fair at the same time.
Our guides live in Cusco, in the Sacred Valley or in Puerto Maldonado. They speak Quechua, and know the families and the producers.
Maximum 8 people on our small-group tours, to preserve the pace and access to the sites.
Tell us about your project, we'll get back to you with a real proposal, not a generic quote.
